Sean Cilona is the Vice President of Product & Marketing at Virginia Tile, where he leads product development, supplier relations, and marketing strategy. With over 15 years of experience in the tile industry including leadership roles at Florida Tile and Anatolia Tile & Stone, Sean brings a deep understanding of market trends and innovation.
As President of Artivo Surfaces East, Chad Treuthart leads the business with a focus on growth, customer experience, and operational excellence. Since joining the company, he has held key sales leadership roles, including Vice President of Residential Sales, before expanding his responsibilities across the organization

Tile in 2019, he has been instrumental in enhancing the company’s product portfolio and market
presence.
In 2024, he was elected to the board of the Ceramic Tile Distributors Association
(CTDA), where he advocates for industry advancement.
