As General Manager of Virginia Tile, Chad Treuthart leads with a focus on growth, customer experience, and operational excellence. Since joining the company, Chad has played a key role in strengthening both residential and commercial sales, first as Vice President of Residential Sales and now across all areas of the business.

Vice President of Product & Marketing, Virginia Tile
Sean Cilona is the Vice President of Product & Marketing at Virginia Tile, where he leads product development, supplier relations, and marketing strategy. With over 15 years of experience in the tile industry including leadership roles at Florida Tile and Anatolia Tile & Stone, Sean brings a deep understanding of market trends and innovation.
As General Manager of Virginia Tile, Chad Treuthart leads with a focus on growth, customer experience, and operational excellence. Since joining the company, Chad has played a key role in strengthening both residential and commercial sales, first as Vice President of Residential Sales and now across all areas of the business.
He oversees territory management, product strategy, marketing, customer service, and showroom operations, working closely with teams to deliver exceptional value to customers and partners. With a collaborative leadership style, Chad is dedicated to building strong relationships and driving results—even through market shifts and challenges.
Chad’s leadership supports Virginia Tile’s position within the Artivo Surfaces family of brands, advancing the company’s commitment to innovation, service, and market expansion. He holds a degree from the State University of New York at Fredonia.

In 2024, he was elected to the board of the Ceramic Tile Distributors Association
(CTDA), where he advocates for industry advancement.
